 The Inn offers 275 deluxe guest rooms, including 20 suites and 17 ADA accessible rooms, four hospitality suites and a 1,832 square foot presidential suite (suites assigned by IACC). All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Château Élan Winery & Resort -- Conference Rates
Single Conferee -- March 25, 26, 27 & 28
Double Conferees (two conferees sharing a guestroom) -- March 25, 26, 27 & 28
- US$229.50 per conferee per day plus tax (combined CMP = US$459+tax)
The Château Élan CMP includes guest room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, meeting room, continuous breaks, AV, use of on-site fitness center, swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis courts and service charges. The CMP begins with dinner on the day of arrival. This rate is subject to state sales tax (7%) and hotel occupancy tax (12%) which will be added to the daily bill. A $15.00 booking deposit will be charged at the time of booking and credited toward the overnight stay.
Guest of Conferee
Spouses, significant others or guests accompanying the conferee to Château Élan and not attending any educational sessions (general sessions/seminars/workshops) will be assessed a "Guest of Conferee" room rate of $75.00 per person per day (plus tax) added to the conferee's SINGLE CMP. This fee includes all meals and shared accommodations.
Day Meeting Package (DMP)
- $125+tax per person per day
The Day Meeting Package applies to all conference registrants who choose to stay at any property other than Château Élan Resort & Winery. The conference center assesses the DMP and IACC bills it along with conference registration fees. This rate includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, continuous breaks, networking functions and conference services for a single day at Château Élan. When you fill out registration forms, you must choose the DMP option unless you select the Château Élan Winery & Resort accommodation option.
Pre- or Post-Conference Stay
Attendees wishing to arrive early, or stay for up to three days after the conference, will receive a daily ROOM ONLY rate of US$209+tax (single/double).
A $15.00 booking deposit will be charged at the time of booking and credited toward the overnight stay.
