| 2010 IACC-Americas SUMMIT |
|

IACC's annual gathering is renamed, refocused and refreshed for 2010. You will find attendance rewarding!
The 2010 Summit -- IACC-Americas 29th annual conference -- at Eaglewood Resort & Spa near Chicago (Itasca, Illinois) March 24-26, 2010 has been condensed and re-engineered to satisfy two main groups of attendees. For the many busy or budget-conscious conferees, you'll get the same cutting-edge industry information in a shorter time at less expense. And for conferees who would like to tack a day or two at the beginning or end of the conference for leisure, Chicago's a great place. Spend extra time in the area or be home for the weekend!
Here's a summary of the new schedule, which trims one night and a half day over last year's Annual Conference at Château Élan Winery & Resort:
Wednesday -- Pre-conference workshops, a customer event in which IACC members can rub elbows with potential clients, Copper Skillet chef competition, opening-night reception.
Thursday -- General session with keynote, workshop blocks, President's Reception and Annual Banquet.
Friday -- Worskhop block, industry-leaders panel & town hall, lunch, departure.

Dress Protocol
Suitable attire for all sessions and events is "Business Casual," except for the President's Reception and Annual Banquet on Saturday evening, when the dress is "Business Wear."
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
IACC does not pre-arrange Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with degree-granting institutions or certification programs. Yet, some past attendees have successfully obtained credit for IACC courses. You should check directly with your school or source of certification to determine whether they will consider the Annual Conference as part of their requirements and, if so, what materials you must submit to secure such credit.
