Zermatt Resort & Spa is located midway between Park City and Sundance inside the breathtaking Heber Valley, less than an hour from Salt Lake International Airport. This charming mountain community was first settled by Swiss immigrants in 1860, and today is best known for its wide offering of outdoor recreational activities.

Select your accommodations from the Hotel der Baer, a four-story Swiss chalet with 267 Alpine or Alpine Superior guest rooms at the lower CMP (see below) or choose one of 63 Chateau Villa 1 units (a condominium style home with one bedroom)at the higher CMP OR...choose another room type from the guestroom descriptions below

Accommodations at Zermatt Resort & Spa

Studios: Featuring one King or two Queen Beds, these guest accommodations offer a spacious floor plan with the added features of a fireplace, sitting and dining area in addition to the traditional amenities of our Alpine guestrooms. Deluxe upgrades are available offering additional square footage as well as coupling both the fireplace and kitchenette features for an additional charge.

Signature Suites: Select from either the Executive-style Suites or Honeymoon-style Suites. These guest accommodations are elegantly decorated with dramatic furnishings, kitchenette, fireplace, separate whirlpool bathtub and stand-up shower, cathedral ceilings and private decks.

Chateau Villa Two Bedrooms: Offering approximately 1,200 square feet of finely appointed accommodations, these condominium-style suites are a combination of the Alpine Guestroom and Villa One Bedroom. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

Chateau Villa Three Bedrooms: Offering approximately 1,800 square feet of finely appointed accommodations, these condominium-style suites feature three separate bedrooms and bathrooms, private deck or patio, full kitchen, dining nook, living area with fireplace and sofa sleeper, flat screen televisions, clock radios with MP3 plug-ins, wireless and hard-wired Internet connectivity and more. The master bath comes complete with a double whirlpool tub and separate stand-up shower. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 people.

Three-Bedroom Town Homes: Unique and beautifully designed Town Homes reminiscent of centuries old homes built in the Alpine region of Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Finished by European craftsmen, these three bedroom residences feature European hardwood custom crafted dining tables, chairs and crown molding throughout. Each residence has 3 bedrooms, 2 and one half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area with big screen TV and stereo, fireplace, mountain slate floor at entry, Italian tile in all baths, a laundry room and one car garage. Town Homes can sleep 8 to 12 adults comfortably.

• $252.50 per conferee per day plus tax (combined CMP = $505+tax)

The Zermatt CMP includes guest room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, meeting room, continuous breaks, AV, use of on-site fitness center, swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis courts and service charges. The CMP begins with dinner on the day of arrival.  This rate is subject to state sales tax (7%) and hotel occupancy tax (8%) which will be added to the daily bill.

Guest of Conferee
Spouses, significant others or guests accompanying the conferee to Zermatt Resort and not attending any educational sessions (general sessions/seminars/workshops) will be assessed a "Guest of Conferee" room rate of $125.00 per person per day (plus tax) added to the conferee's SINGLE CMP. This fee includes all meals and shared accommodations.
